A short version, because there is not much to agree to: this is a free noticeboard on a map, we are not in the middle of your deal, and we take nothing out of it.
FreeBroker publishes listings that the people they belong to post themselves — owners, employers, hosts, families and professionals.
We are not a broker, an agent, an employer, a landlord, a tour operator or a marriage bureau. We are not a party to anything you agree with the other side, we charge no commission on it, and we hold no money for either of you at any point.
Unless a listing says otherwise on its face, we have not checked ownership of a property, the existence of a job, a salary, a tariff, a degree, a licence, an age or an identity. A listing is what the person who posted it says.
So: see it before you commit to it, and never send money, a token amount, a deposit or a document to somebody you have not met. No listing on this site requires a payment to us, and anyone on here asking you for a fee on our behalf is lying.
Listing is free and reading is free, in every category, with no commission on what happens afterwards. If that is ever going to change, it will be said plainly on this site before anybody is asked for anything.
You keep everything you post. By posting it you give us permission to show it on this site, in its search results and in its map, and to let search engines index the page — which is the entire point of putting it here. Withdraw it by deleting the listing.
You are telling us, when you post, that it is yours to post and that it is true.
Somebody else's listing, photographs or text. A brokerage, fee or commission dressed up as a direct listing. The same thing posted many times over. A condition the law does not allow you to set. A job that asks the applicant for money. Anything unlawful.
The listing rules say this at length. We can take down any listing and close any account that breaks them, and we do not owe anybody a placement.
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available, or that a listing on it is accurate, or that anything will come of posting one.
Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or investment advice.
You have paid us nothing, and nothing is what our liability to you is limited to, except where Indian law does not permit that limit.
Indian law applies to these terms and to anything arising out of your use of this site.
